Metro AG'de operasyonel CRM uygulamasında başladık

Dünya çapındaki en büyük ticari gruplardan biri olan METRO AG, 1996'da Asko Deutsche Kaufhaus AG, Kaufhof Holding AG ve Deutsche SB-Kauf şirketlerinin birleşmesiyle kurulmuştur. Şirket aynı sene içerisinde halka açılmış ve 25 Temmuz 1996'da METRO AG hisseleri ilk defa Dax'a girmiştir. 12.07 milyar DM pazar sermayesiyle METRO AG, 1996'ının sonlarına doğru Almanya borsasındaki ilk 20 şirket arasına girmeyi başarmıştır.

Mtro grubu şirketleri, Türkiye'deki faaliyetlerine 1990'da başlamıştır. Pazara başarılı bir şekilde giriş yapan iki satış kolu bulunmaktadır: Metro Cash & Carry and Real.

Aralık 2005'te, Türkiye'deki Metro grubu, Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi çözümü olarak Sage CRM MME'i seçti. Metro grubunun bu kararının almasında etkili olan sebepler Sage CRM'in esnek ve güçlü özellikleridir. Sage CRM, esas iletişim veritabanı ve kampanya yönetim aracı olarak kullanılacaktır.

METRO AG is one of the worldwide trading groups and was created in 1996 by merging the retail companies Asko Deutsche Kaufhaus AG, Kaufhof Holding AG and Deutsche SB-Kauf AG. The company went public the very same year. On 25 July 1996, the METRO AG stock was quoted on the Dax for the first time. With a market capitalization of DM 12.07 billion, METRO AG ranked among the 20 largest companies listed on the German stock exchange in late 1996.

The Metro group of companies has conducted activities in Turkey since 1990. There are two sales divisions of the METRO Group have already entered the market successfully: Metro Cash & Carry and Real.

In December 2005 Metro Group in Turkey selected Sage CRM MME as their Customer Relationship Management solution. Metro Group made this decision because of Sage CRM's flexibility and powerful features. Sage CRM will be used as the main contact database and campaign management tool.
